This time, is a recipe from newspaper which I found it quite easy, so I spontaneously decided to do it (before I get my head stuck into busy college work *hell ya*).
This is a super simple way of making cake WITHOUT using a mixer electrically to combine the ingredient. All you need to do is just hand-mixing all ingredients together.
I was quite worried at the beginning of mixing the ingredients because this was the first time I did it in such way. Simple yet challenging in some ways (it's about your strength controlling of mixing).
They looked and tasted nice after the first tray was baked which was out of my expectation but they were just quite oily with the actual recipe, so I decided to reduce some oil (or melted butter) and add more carrot shreds.
Ingredient (A)
180 grams of caster sugar
3 eggs
Ingredient (B)
150ml of cooking oil (or melted butter)
150ml of full-creamed milk
Ingredient (C)
250 grams of low protein flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
150 grams of carrot shred
Bake at 170。C for 25-30 minutes

Well, basically you just need to hand-mix all the ingredient but just combine it accordingly as usual. Remember to shift the flour before you add in, it will make the cake smoother.
So, for those who do not have or own an electronic mixer (or beater), you can try this out at home now!

I like it when there is more carrot shreds to chew.

You must take it out from oven immediately to put aside, or else your cake will be sunken.

Of course, take a big bite right after a few minutes, that's the best time for tasting you food!

Though it was an experimented recipe, my siblings still love it very much.

I'm taking a few for my course mates tomorrow, they are my white mice. =)

I think they are quite oily this time.
I believe they'll be nicer and better after a amended recipe next time!
Who's waiting for this, for the next time?
Perhaps you can start making some orders from me! (elleh...) ^^
