Dear Michelle,
This semester will be a disastrous burden to you, you have to be stronger to face EVERYTHING! There will be no more 'honey-moon' semesters for you until you are graduated smoothly from U.K!
I know there will be hills of assignment, college work and proposals to be done, but DON'T gripe or complain.
You need to face it calmly no matter you like it or not; settling everything down with a good temper is SO MUCH BETTER than settling while complaining.
I know it must be a stressful semester to you while you need to give attention to many external activities. Always be self-motivated and ask for help whenever you need, you work in a team. Remember, YOU ARE ALWAYS NOT ALONE.
If you feel so much stressful, find a friend who you trust on to talk to.
Nobody to talk to? Then find some outdoor activities to relax. Do all you like such as exercising, photographing, baking, or even just staying at home doing nothing.
No time for relax? Then manage your time well. EVERYTHING will be fine with a well-managed schedule no matter how busy you are.
Be strong and independent, your family and pals can't accompany and support you in every single moment, but still you need to love them always.
Be self-motivated if nobody motivates you. You will definitely feel lonely some times, but it WILL NOT last long.
Be good in EQ management. Don't be easily beaten down and DON'T ever throw your temper to anyone.
Be confident on whatever you do. All hard time will pass through your hardworking effort.
