What would you do if you are facing a giant? Perhaps there's still courage in you, you would face it strongly.
But what if you face more than one giants?
I'm not referring the real gigantic creatures that we normally watched from movies. I'm referring to challenges, pressures and the IMPOSSIBILITIES.
"Do not quit til' you've got nothing left!"
This video is inspiring me since the first time I watched, even until now. It was shown by one of my extraordinary lecturers, who lectured us the subject of Crisis Management. He seriously was a very good mentor, he raised many of us. By giving us motivation, his teaching method was way unique, unlike the usual courses discussion that conducted in tutorials.
He trained us like real trainees, gave us real-life examples and acted out in classes that how we should handle crises. He scolded, yelled and 'hammered' us whenever there was a chance (he loved to) until we were emotionally crumbled. Until the end of each lesson, he started motivating us with his inspiring theories.
"A good leader is not about how one's leading another, it is how one can raise up ordinary followers to become leaders!"
